Q. Can I start driving lessons with an instructor before passing my theory test?

A. We recommend you take practical lessons while preparing for your theory test. The combination of practical experience with theoretical learning should help you perform better at the theory test.

Q. How many lessons will I need?

A. It all depends on your ability and whether you have any previous experience on the road - the national average is 44 hours oftraining. We have certain criteria that we must teach but no time limits. The more effort you put in the quicker you will learn and we also actively encourage getting practice in between lessons with family members if possible.

Q. What car will I use for my driving test?

A. You’ll use the car you trained to drive in with us. To allow plenty of time before your test, we normally pick you up an hour before. This means we could practice all the manoeuvres and the emergencey stop to help settle your nerves. The cost is priced at the equivalent to a two-hour lesson.
